ABOUT DELIA
The person behind the mentorship
Delia is a certified executive coach and consultant who works with founders, C-suite leaders, and executive teams navigating growth, change, and complexity. With decades of experience at companies like Intel and Oracle, she saw firsthand how a leader's imprint shapes culture for generations — and made it her mission to help leaders choose that legacy deliberately.
Through Slyn Consulting, Delia partners with senior leaders on executive coaching, embedded team support, strategic intensives, and leadership development. Her approach is high-touch, real-time, and built for the moments that matter most — headcount spikes, role transitions, strategic pivots, and culture evolution.
Delia also serves as Board Chair of Carpe Mundi, a Portland-based nonprofit that empowers college students from low-income backgrounds through international learning experiences and mentorship. Growing up, Delia dreamed of traveling abroad but faced the same financial realities many families know well. That unfulfilled dream fuels her commitment to ensuring today's students can access life-changing opportunities — from earning their first passport to experiencing life abroad with host families.
She hosts the podcast To Live List®, where she explores themes of permission, connection, and personal transformation.
