THE RESEARCH BEHIND THE METHOD

My doctoral research focused on human factors, user experience, and how people actually function within complex systems — long before "360 feedback" became a standard HR tool.

At Intel, I designed and led leadership reviews across executive teams, translating feedback into strategy. At Oracle Labs, I pioneered research on how people process information, make decisions, and communicate at the edge of new technology.
